Kenny Clash
President and Co-Founder
Kenny is a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy and served as a Platoon Leader at The United States Army Signal Corp. Additionally, Kenny earned a degree in Music from The University of Virginia. As President and Co-Founder, Kenny oversees all aspects of the OurSpace.com business.
Robert Butler
Marketing and Co-Founder
Hired as the first employee of OurSpace.com, Robert focuses on student involvement and strategic planning. Robert attended The University of Baltimore where he studied Information Technology.
Chanda Cole
VP Marketing
Chanda Cole graduated from Norfolk State University with a Mass Communication degree. Chanda has over six-years of experience in the fields of urban radio marketing and public relations. Chanda has a track record of executing successful radio-marketing strategies in the United States. Chanda is responsible for the development and deployment of OurSpace.com marketing products and services.
Pat Nagle
Product Development and Co-Founder
Patrick was the visionary behind the wildly popular RateMyProfessors.com, which encompassed over ten-million users during his reign. By the age of 24, Patrick had bought, remodeled and sold RateMyProfessors.com to Viacom, where he continued as a Vice President. Patrick manages the development of the OurSpace.com application.

Jam Donaldson
Jam Donaldson is an attorney, author and popular culture critic. She is best known for creating the website HotGhettoMess.com which was later developed into a television show on BET starring Charlie Murphy, "We Got To Do Better." She comments on popular culture for TV, radio and newspapers. Jam will be appearing on VH-1's "100 Greatest Hip Hop Songs of All Time" this Fall. She has several new TV, book and on-line projects in development.
McLean Mashingaidze-Greaves
MMG is an internationally acclaimed new media/television executive producer, journalist and entrepreneur. His previous projects include the Emmy-nominated interactive CBC TV series ZeD, the groundbreaking hiphopumentary Burning To Shine (with Grammy-nominated rapper k-os) and the underground hip hop social media site, RapSpace.TV. Previous clients have included filmmaker Spike Lee, music mogul Sean "P-Diddy" Combs and HBO where he served as VP of Content for its Volume.com division. MMG is a journalism graduate of British Columbia Institute of Technology and sits on the Board of Directors at New Media BC.
William Roger Moss III
A pioneer in the Web 2.0 Internet, Will Moss is the founder of HBCUConnect.com, one of the largest social networks online. Will is also a proud graduate of Hampton University, where he received honors as the #1 graduate in Computer Science in 1995. Moss hit the Internet hard in the late 90s by introducing the simple concept of adding pictures to social networking profiles. Fast-forward to 2008 and you can find Moss engineering features for some of the hottest social networking projects on the Internet.
Rich Paul
A member of the Four Horsemen: (Maverick Carter, LeBron James, Randy Mims, Rich Paul), Rich is a partner with LRMR Marketing a strategic marketing and branding firm that connects the best athletes and entertainers in the world with exclusive partnership opportunities. In addition, Rich resides as the CEO of both DreamLife Productions and 80/81 Entertainment. Rich aspires to create wealth and opportunity for others whom strive to become the business leaders of tomorrow.
Christopher Reis (Young Chris)
Chris was signed to Rocafella Records by Jay-Z at the age of 15, where he later achieved Billboard success with the singles: "Can't Stop Won't Stop" and "No Betta Luv". Over his career, Chris has toured with Lil Wayne, R. Kelly, Kanye West, and Jay-Z, to name a few. Chris recently became a partner with Rich Paul and LeBron James on the DreamLife Productions record label. Chris has his highly anticipated solo album scheduled to debut late 2008.
Anwar Young
An associate in the Business & Tax Group for Ober, Kaler, Grimes & Shriver, Anwar handles matters in the areas of corporate and securities, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. After earning his B.S. from Johns Hopkins University in 2001, Anwar went on to earn his M.B.A. from Morgan State University and eventually his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2007. Anwar is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
